SDD Announces A Centralized Telephone communications accounting Solution For Owners and Managers of Multiple Properties

SDD today announced general availability of a centralized communications accounting solution for owners and managers of multiple geographically distributed properties and corporate locations.

JAZZ Enterprise Server provides telephone and communications accounting services for one or many properties, operating one or many PBX's and property management systems. It provides these services simultaneously and in real time from a single centralized data base. JAZZ Enterprise Server can reside anywhere on a corporate LAN/WAN, and can operate across Intranets or the Internet. It can be hosted and managed as part of an existing internal or externally outsourced corporate or regional data center.

Small Property Access to Sophisticated communications accounting. Centralization lowers the cost of communications accounting and allows telecommunications skills to be shared across properties. It creates a lower incremental cost of adding and managing properties which gives smaller properties access to the more sophisticated functionality of JAZZ without the operational complexity.
Global Telephone Pricing and Policy. JAZZ's integrated cross-property database allows for development of corporate-wide telephony and telecommunications billing and pricing programs. These programs and pricing policies can also be customized or overridden at the property level.
No more distribution of rate tables to individual properties. Telephone rate tables and surcharge decisions can be implemented centrally and immediately across all or some properties using JAZZ's integrated multiple-property database.
Global Analysis of Telephone Activity. JAZZ information and functionality is accessible from anywhere on a corporate network. JAZZ provides up to the minute on-demand access to telecommunications activity across one or all properties. The JAZZ database also provides a single integrated point for delivery of telephony information to enterprise corporate data warehouse systems and to yield management solutions.

In conjunction with JAZZ Guest Internet Accounting, SDD customers can provide billing services for telephone, Internet bandwidth usage, and content -specific guest internet services from one system. The JAZZ Enterprise Communications Accounting Software family now provides a single, completely integrated solution for managers of networks and communications across multiple diverse sets of properties like hotels, convention and meeting spaces, hospitals, multiple tenant properties, including extended stays and condominiums. The number of properties is limited only by the scalability of the server hardware, operating system, and the network infrastructure on which JAZZ operates.
